  • How to buy?

    1. Browse through our products and read the details, size carefully.
    2. Add your favorite product to your shopping basket.
    3. Click “Checkout” to proceed to next step. You may ask for customer login. You are required to create an account under fashionkins portal so that we can serve you better. Alternately, you can checkout as guess account without register as a member.
    4. Confirm your shipping address.
    5. Select your payment method. You can choose to pay using credit card or “Online Transfer/ATM Transfer/Cash Deposit”.
    6. Click “Confirm” to complete the order process.
    7. Once you have made the payment, please email us your order id, name, payment bank name, and total amount.
    8. You can check your order status from time to time under “My Account-> View the orders I have made”.
       
  • How to make payment to us?

    During checkout, you can select to pay us using credit card via PayPal or “Online Transfer/ATM Transfer/Cash Deposit”. Please do email us your order id, name, payment bank name, and total amount after made your payment.
     
  • When can I get my goods after complete my payment?

    First, it depends on our stock availability. We do batch ordering every 1-2 weeks. If it is out of stock, we will need to get the stock from our supplier from oversea. It will take 1 weeks after the batch ordering date. We aim to provide reliable, cheap and high quality fashion products with batch ordering method. But, it may take longer time to receive your products. If we do have the stock, we take 2-3 days to send out the goods. It will take 4-7 days to reach to your door within Malaysia.
     
  • How to check my order status?

    Please login to “My Account” at www.fashionkins.com. Click on “View the orders I have made” to check your order status. You can click on the order to check the details. We will update the order status and comments there.
     
  • Why I don’t receive any email notification from FashionKins?

    This is because of your mail server's (eg. Yahoo mail and hotmail) policy. Some of our mail might send to your junk/spam mail folder. Please do add our support email in to your safe contact list. Alternatively, you can check our mail in junk/spam mail folder.
     
  • What is pre-order closing date?

    Pre-Order closing date is the date we do batch ordering from our supplier. Any orders make after this date will be manage in the next batch ordering. Please clear your payment before this date if you wish to get your goods sooner.
